Dry Mouth is the absence of enough saliva in the mouth. The saliva glands in the mouth are not producing enough saliva to keep the mouth moist. It is also called xerostomia.

Some signs of dry mouth can be a dry feeling in the mouth. You may also notice you are always thirsty or have cracked lips and a dry throat. Another sign of dry mouth is having bad breath.
We do suggest using a saliva substitute such as Biotene, as well as drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
